We accept returns for items that are defective or incorrect, provided the request is made within 7 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and delivered back to our store address.

If you are returning a damaged item, you are required to provide video proof clearly showing the issue at the time of unboxing or receipt. Returns without video proof will not be accepted for damaged items.

Refunds will be issued after a thorough inspection of the returned items. Refunds are processed to the original payment method or may be issued as store credit, based on your preference.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part.
