In case you are not satisfied with the product/s delivered to you by us, we provide a very simple way to let you get your product exchanged. Following are the few conditions and instructions you must read and follow in order to go through this process.

TIME LIMIT TO NOTIFY US:

All products that are purchased from copypencil.pk can be exchanged only if you notify us within 4 to 5 days of delivery of the purchased product.

CONDITION FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE:

Purchased items can be exchanged only if the product you received is damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect and total amount of purchase should be above Rs. 500/-

Fine Arts products cannot Return/Exchange if unpacked or any damage from costumer side.

PROCESS FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE:

To file a complaint against your ordered item/s, you can email us at complaint@copypencil.pk or call/whatsapp available on website. You must send a photograph/video of the faulty delivered products/s so that we may be able to process your request ASAP.

CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER:

Copypencil reserves the right to cancel any order you place in scenarios such as if the item is out of stock or any other case. We take the responsibility to inform you in any such case. Customer can also cancel the order by contacting us via call/whatsapp before order shipment.

SCENARIOS NOT ALLOWING RETURN OR EXCHANGE:

There may be certain conditions where we may not be able to fulfill your demand for exchange of the delivered product. These include:

  • Not notifying us within the given time frame for exchange.
  • Damaging of the product after your use.
  • Usage of the product/s (depending upon the product) so that it is no longer required by you.
  • Missing price tags/ receipt/ labels/warranty cards/ freebies.
  • Inclusion of the purchased item/s in the category of the products which are not eligible for replacement.
